First Choice VIP Care is a Medicare Advantage health maintenance organization special needs plan (D-SNP). We provide the quality, value, and peace of mind you want from a health care plan and the excellent services that you need.

First Choice VIP Care contracts with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).
First Choice VIP Care covers all Original Medicare benefits and some extra benefits not covered by Original Medicare.

$200 allowance every month for over-the-counter items and home safety devices (combined with eligible SSBCI items).
